Spotlight on Recruiting
As part of C & M's ongoing efforts to
respond to the shortage of emergency physicians in Louisiana,
full-time recruiting is an integral aspect of our services.
Stephanie Roussel directs the recruiting
program, which includes advertisements in medical journals, periodic
mailings to physicians, displays at medical and scientific meetings,
contact with graduating residents, and personal referrals.
C & M seeks physicians who understand
and practice the art as well as the science of medicine, those
who truly have the ability to serve as a hospital's ambassadors
to the community.
Practice opportunities with C & M offer
the physician an independent contractor arrangement with a number
of benefits, including malpractice insurance, full medical staff
backup, and no call or administrative duties.
